Joint pain

Joint pain including shoulders, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain

Arthritis is something that can affect our joints increasingly as we age. Although there is no cure physiotherapy can help to manage the problem with anti-inflammatory and pain relief treatments, suitable exercises to offset the progression and strengthen the muscles around the affected joints to reduce the loading.
Other common joint conditions that respond well to physiotherapy include shoulder impingement and frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, dislocations, tears to the menisci or cartilage or bursitis.
